The performance by Letzte Instanz at Festival-Mediaval XVI was the first time I had seen this band live – and unfortunately also the last, as Letzte Instanz were on their farewell tour, which ended with a final concert in Hanover on 22/11/2025. I consider myself all the more fortunate that I was able to capture this occasion in photographs. The energy from the audience was immense, and it was clear that Letzte Instanz were giving it their all one last time – and I'm willing to bet that quite a few tears were shed...
